Viviana Escobar is a Colombian-American author and internationally recognized Breathwork Master. She is best known for her groundbreaking book Bending Our Reality: The Power of Breathwork to Heal, Transform, and Awaken, and its Spanish edition, Moldeando Nuestra Realidad. Her work bridges ancient wisdom with quantum science, offering accessible tools for healing, self-growth, and emotional intelligence.

Rooted in a rich multicultural upbringing and shaped by Latin American spiritual traditions, Viviana developed the Mana Universal Method following a spinal injury—an approach now practiced by students worldwide, including royal families, diplomats, athletes, and wellness leaders. She is often referred to as the “teacher of the masters” in the field of breathwork.

Viviana’s teachings are available in multiple formats across the U.S., U.K., Canada, Mexico, and Colombia, expanding her reach to audiences in both English and Spanish. She is also a spoken-word performance artist whose work celebrates infinite possibilities.
